Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you absolutely love your purchase! At Belle at the Beach, we want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unused, unworn and in their original condition
All original tags and packaging are included, where applicable
Proof of purchase is provided

To request a return or exchange, please contact us before sending anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Personalized or custom-made items
Items that have been used, worn, washed or damaged after delivery
Final-sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make things right. If we've made a mistake or your item is defective, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

Want a different color or design? We're happy to help! Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we can discuss an alternative or a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
